Location: Community Center (map) Time: 5:15 AM - 6:00 AM Join Workout Warriors for effective, positive, and energizing exercise, along with shared health and nutrition tips. The workout begins with a warm up followed by 25 minutes of solid circuit and interval training with the aid of stability balls, free weights, step, medicine balls, resistance bands, and your own body weight to provide variety and the opportunity to continuously trick your muscles and receive the greatest benefits for your body. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student, you will be given challenges to keep you working out at your fitness level and then some! A short cool down/stretch will follow each workout. The class will have scheduled indoor workout days at the Community Center as well as outdoor classes where you would need to bring your own mat and weights. Location: On Eagles Wings (map) Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM In conjunction with “On Eagle’s Wings Equine Center” located in Kirkland, riding lessons are offered in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. This 4-week course covers safety rules, learning how to groom and tack a horse, basic horse science and horse body language. Riding in a western saddle, learn to balance to continue in western tack or move on to riding in English tack. All riders must wear long pants and shoes or boots with heels.
